Paper design based off of a description in Legendary by Stephanie Garber.

The description in the book: "The dress was her favorite shade of periwinkle, with a heart-shaped neckline, a wide yellow sash, and a calf-long skirt made of hundreds of feathers... it made her look as if she floated down from the clouds."

While for right now this is a paper project, I do plan on trying to make it in the future.
